Pricing questions
Is it free?
No. Every render runs on a paid AI video model, so each video uses credits: 10 for a standard song (720p, 12 seconds). Packs start at $29 for 5 songs and drop to about $1 a song in the largest pack, and a render that fails is never charged.
What happens if a video fails?
You are not charged. If the model errors out, times out or a safety filter blocks the render, the credits return to your balance automatically.
Do credits expire? Can I get a refund?
Pack credits never expire. Monthly plan credits refresh every month; yearly plan credits are granted up front and last the billing year. Unused packs and first plan payments can be refunded within 7 days; see the refund policy.
