How AI Rap Video collects, uses and protects your photos, videos and account data.

This policy explains what AI Rap Video ("we", "us") at airapvideo.io collects when you use the site, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Account data. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture.
- Photos you upload. The face photos you add to make a video.
- What you create. Your topic text, the generated lyrics, and the videos we render for you.
- Payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive order details and the last digits of your card, never your full card number.
- Usage data. Pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and Google Analytics.
How we use it
- To render your videos: your photos, topic and settings are sent to our AI providers to write lyrics and generate the video.
- To run your account: credits, orders, subscriptions, support tickets.
- To keep the service safe: preventing abuse, fraud and misuse of other people's photos.
- To improve the site: aggregated analytics about how pages are used.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your photos to train AI models.
Who processes your data
- AI providers (the KIE API, which serves ByteDance Seedance video models and language models) receive the photos, prompt and settings needed to generate each video.
- Cloudflare stores uploaded photos and finished videos and delivers the site.
- Stripe processes payments. Google provides sign-in and analytics.
- Our hosting provider runs the application and database.
Each provider only receives what it needs to perform its service.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded photos and videos are kept so you can find them in My videos, until you ask us to delete them or close your account.
- Order and billing records are kept as long as the law requires.
- Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.
Files are stored under long, random addresses that are not listed anywhere, but anyone you share a video link with can open it.
Your choices
- Delete your photos, videos or account: email [email protected] from your account address.
- Access or correct your data: email us and we will respond within 30 days.
- Cookies: you can block or clear cookies in your browser; sign-in requires a session cookie.
Photos of other people
Only upload photos of people who agreed to be in your video. If someone used your photo without permission, email us with the video link and we will remove it.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and you must not upload photos of minors without a parent's or guardian's consent.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and adjust the date above.
