By using AI Rap Video at airapvideo.io ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

AI Rap Video generates short rap duo videos from photos you upload. A language model writes lyrics and a video model with native audio renders the performance. Results are produced by AI and can vary; they may not always look or sound the way you expect.

Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live to make purchases.

Credits, packs and plans

• Videos are paid for in credits. A standard video (Standard model, 720p, 12 seconds) costs 10 credits. Other models, resolutions and lengths cost more, as shown before each render.
• Credits are spent when a render starts. Finished videos are delivered in HD without a watermark.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Pack credits never expire.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Monthly: Basic ($29.90/month, 100 credits per month), Pro ($49.90/month, 300 credits per month), Studio ($99.90/month, 800 credits per month). Yearly, billed once a year: Basic ($100/year, 400 credits), Pro ($500/year, 4,000 credits), Studio ($600/year, 6,000 credits); the whole year's credits are granted at the start of the billing year.
• Subscription credits are valid for the current billing period only and do not roll over. Pack credits and subscription credits share one balance.
• Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
• If a render fails, times out or is blocked by a safety filter, its credits are returned automatically.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Your photos and consent

You may only upload photos of yourself and of people who have given you permission. Do not upload photos of minors without a parent's or guardian's consent. By creating a video you confirm you have these rights and permissions.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• impersonate a real person, including public figures, in a way meant to deceive;
• create content that harasses, bullies, sexualizes, threatens or defames anyone;
• create hateful, violent, sexual or otherwise illegal content;
• infringe someone else's intellectual property or privacy;
• abuse, overload or reverse engineer the service, or resell it without permission.

We may refuse, remove or disable content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Ownership

You keep the rights you have in your photos. Subject to these terms and to any rights of the people in your photos, you may use the videos you make for personal and commercial purposes, including posting them on social media. The lyrics and music are generated for each video and are not taken from existing recordings. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content only to provide the service.

Trademarks and independence

AI Rap Video is not affiliated with Quavo, Takeoff, Offset, Migos, COLORS or any record label. Names of artists and songs are used only to describe trends.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will note them on this page before they take effect. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
