Refund Policy

We want you to pay only for videos that actually get made. That's why failed renders never cost anything, and why unused credits can be refunded.

Failed renders

If a video fails, times out or is blocked by a safety filter, the credits for it go back to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact us.

Credit packs

• Unused packs can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase.
• If you have used part of a pack, we can refund the unused portion within 7 days, pro-rated by credits.
• After 7 days, pack credits stay in your account and never expire, but they aren't refundable.

Subscriptions

• Your first payment for a plan can be refunded within 7 days if you have used no more than 10 credits from it.
• Renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time in Billing. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
• Subscription credits are valid for the current billing period only and don't roll over.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you signed in with, and include your order or receipt number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We resolve most issues within two business days.
